24, 5'10", Fincastle, Virginia

2. When was the first time you dunked and what kind of dunk was it?

Junior year, in game fast break, i had been close in warm ups, and our team was down like 12 so I said, what the heck this could give us momentum if I get it. The opposing teams guard came and try to block me, and I ended up dunking on him and getting an AND-1 for my first dunk!

3. Who are your favorite dunkers/High Jumpers and why?

High Jumpers- Jesse Williams, and Scott Sellers, both personal friends of mine who have helped me out in my training and ability.

Dunkers- Guy Dupay and AUT, both just incredible, their jumping ability matched with such precision and skill is mind boggling.

4. What do you do before a dunk session/HJ session to get ready? (listen to music, stretch,

etc..)

I usually eat something and drink a Coke, haha, I know it sounds weird, it stems back from high school when I really knew nothing about health, and I have always kept that part of my pregame.

foul line, double windmill reverse, and 360 btl

When I won my state high jump championship my first year doing it. I had not been able to gauge my abilities until then

7. What made you want to get better at dunking/jumping?

Competition mainly, I want to be the best at what I do. I feel I have the physical foundation to be the best, it just takes hard work and dedication.

8. What are some of your dunking accomplishments?

I'm new to the game, but did win the Powerade DunkDOMINATION national contest and had a dunking commercial

9. Are you working on any new dunks that you can talk about?

I am working on a 360 dubble up, which seems only to be possible using my high jump approach, its a tough dunk obviously, but I have seen promise in hitting it

1. Jesse Williams (He jumps WAY higher than the rest of the list)

Hard work and doing the program that I wrote out and now sell at vertfreak101.com

High Jumping, I have learned to jump like a high jumper, meaning one foot, lots of height, and long gliding

Indoors, older gyms, loose rims.... Can't beat it!
